  The hotel was close to the venue that we were attending a concert and very nice not to have to hop into the car afterwards.

  The breakfast was not the greatest and one of the reasons that we chose this hotel was for the breakfast in the price.

  The room was very nice and big as well as extremely clean. Also, the door between the sink area and the shower/toilet area was really convenient.

  The breakfast was disappointing and the hotel staff seemed a bit distracted at times (forgot to give back the credit card when checking in). However they always tried to be helpful.

  Convenient access to Space Needle and related places, and had ideal self serve continental breakfast.

  The rooms included a coffee facility but no tea available. It was a reasonably long walk to City area and market areas.

  One of the few hotles in Seattle that includes breakfast in the price which is brilliant. The rooms were spottless and I have no fault with them. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Excellent location for the Chihuly Gardens and Glass at the Seattle Center but a 15-minute hike from downtown. We had a spotless and well-furnished fourth-floor room over a busy road, might have been quieter at the back. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Maria on the front desk, and the complimentary continental breakfast was generous and offered exceptional variety. Really good overall value.

  Paid hotel parking is off-street, as advertised, but barely so and certainly not secure in this marginal commercial area. I was nervous about leaving my fully loaded station wagon overnight but it turned out OK.

  Housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The woman in charge of the breakfasts was also helpful and efficient.

  Unfortunately, some of the staff working at the front desk were neither friendly nor did they do their job. On the evening before departure when I went to pick up laundry, I discovered that my dirty clothing had never been given to the cleaners. It was only then that I learned that there was laundry facilities in the hotel. Nowhere in the guide for guests was that mentioned. When I pointed out that my laundry was in bag in their office for almost two days and that guest should be informed of the facilities to do laundry in the hotel, I got a sneer as an answer. The location is near to downtown Seattle, but the neighborhood is ugly and very noisy at night.

  It was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. We were well-located and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was very nice for a continental breakfast.

  It was a big noisy but it was in the downtown area. We wanted that so we have no reason to complain about noise as downtown usually equals a bit of noise.

  The Best Western Loyal Inn was a great hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating- they kept our suitcases for us the day we left- the room was very spacious- the bathroom was roomy too- a lovely big television, microwave and space to put computers and sit. We had a non-smoking room on the quiet side of the hotel and it was great. -It had Wi-Fi, too, which was very handy. The hotel was only about a 20 minute walk to Pike Market and neighbouring sights, so a good position as well.

  No complaints about this hotel whatsoever.

  The location is great - close to the Space Needle, and sky train and only a short walk to waterfront or down town shopping. The complimentary breakfast is really good - even a waffle machine. Small hot tub and treadmill /elipitical available as well.

  good standards throughout, our room was very clean,comfortable and reasonably quiet. one of the receptionists - Maria, I think - deserves a special note as she was particularly helpful, both on the phone beforehand and during our stay.

  The staff at the service desk were so friendly and helpful. Each time we asked for directions to a restaurant or a store downtown, they showed us on the map and were very courteous. The breakfast was wonderful! I had asked the clerk at the service desk what they served for breakfast and he told me it was continental with muffins and bagels, etc., without meat, so I was surprised when they had eggs and ham available for breakfast. They also had fruit and everything was delicious!

  The noisy fridge that was inside a cabinet. Was so noisy we unplugged it so we could get to sleep.
